gluten-free tortilla wraps
(like siete brand)
sea salt
to taste
avocado oil
for cooking
Instructions
Start by adding the hummus, salsa, avocado, and feta cheese to the center of a tortilla wrap and top with the second tortilla wrap.
Season with salt.
Preheat a skillet over medium with the avocado oil and cook the quesadilla for about 3 minutes on each side or until it starts to get crispy.
