Ingredients

raw cashews

coconut butter

pure maple syrup

coconut flour

pure vanilla extract

sea salt
shredded coconut
for rolling (optional)
Instructions
Start by adding the cashews, coconut butter, and pure maple syrup to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 10 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients, minus the shredded coconut you are reserving for rolling the bites in.
Blend until the mixture comes together.
Place in the fridge for 15 minutes before forming into bite-sized rounds.
Roll the bites into shredded coconut.
Store in the fridge for an easy grab and go energizing snack!
