Dressing Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.
Toss fennel, jicama, apple, radishes, arugula, cranberries, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
