  1. Place eggs in a small saucepan and fill 3/4 full with water. Bring water to a gentle boil and cook for 7 minutes. Run cold water into pan, wait until cool, and then peel off the shell.
  2. Smash eggs in a small bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and eat immediately.
