  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Crack two eggs in a bowl, being careful not to break the yolks. Slice avocado in half and remove the seed. Fill each side of avocado with 1 egg- use a spoon to do so gently. Place avocado halves in a baking dish, making sure that they won’t tip over.
  2. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Baking times will vary based on the size of your avocado and the way you like your eggs. Once cooked, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and hot sauce if that’s your style. Enjoy!
