Dairy-free Garlic Cheese Casserole Sauce 
Instructions
  1. Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9X13 inch casserole dish with coconut oil or line with parchment paper. 
  2. Add the chicken to the bottom of the dish and top with the broccoli florets, onion, cooked pasta, and sprinkle with the nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. To make the dairy-free garlic cheese sauce, add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. Pour the dairy-free garlic cheese sauce over all the ingredients in the casserole dish, making sure to cover everything. 
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the casserole starts to brown.
