  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, tarragon, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch glass baking dish. Arrange salmon in a single layer on top. Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture on top of the salmon.
  2. Bake, uncovered, for about 15 minutes. Cooking time may vary, so bake until cooked through and fish becomes flaky. Serve with quinoa and seasonal vegetables of choice.
