Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil, or line with parchment paper.
Next, add the bananas to a large mixing bowl and mash. Add the eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and raw honey and mix well.
Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Be sure to check at the 40-minute mark and every couple of minutes after to be sure not to overbake the bread.
Allow to cool before slicing.
Enjoy with a slab of almond butter and hemp seeds.
