Ingredients

small mandarin oranges
, peeled and segmented

dark chocolate chips
, dairy-free if necessary

chopped pistachios
pinch sea salt
Instructions
Place the orange segments on a piece of wax or parchment paper.
In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each interval to prevent burning.
Once smooth, dip the orange segment into the chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios and salt.
Let the chocolate harden before eating. Enjoy!
