  1. Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat with the avocado oil.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and cook for about 7-10 minutes or until completely cooked through.
  3. Add the garlic powder, sauce, onion, carrots, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook for another 7 minutes or until most of the sauce has cooked down. Remove from heat.
  4. Add the cilantro, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds and mix to combine.
  5. Serve the mixture over lettuce cups and enjoy!
