Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat with the avocado oil.
Add the cubed chicken and cook for about 7-10 minutes or until completely cooked through.
Add the garlic powder, sauce, onion, carrots, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook for another 7 minutes or until most of the sauce has cooked down. Remove from heat.
Add the cilantro, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds and mix to combine.
