Instructions
Coat a large pot with oil and place over medium-high heat.
Stir in chicken, bell peppers, and onion until chicken is brown and peppers are tender.
Stir in corn, beans, tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
Season with chili powder, parsley, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and cumin. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
