Ingredients

unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
In a large container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, grated carrot, walnuts, coconut, and chia seeds.
Shake or stir until well combined. Add the maple syrup, to taste.
Cover, and let sit overnight.
Divide into two bowls to serve.
