(Siete brand works well, or you can sub with any wrap of choice here!)

dijon mustard
2
slices
roasted turkey breast
(Applegate Farms works well)
2
slices
uncured nitrate-free turkey bacon
(cooked and cut in half)
1/2
avocado
, sliced
2
slices
tomato
1
handful
spinach
, chopped
Instructions
Start by placing the cassava flour wrap onto a flat surface and spread on the Dijon mustard.
Add the roasted turkey breast, cooked turkey bacon, sliced avocado, and tomato.
Finish by adding a handful of spinach, and roll into a wrap.
Cut in half and enjoy!
