Instructions
Combine the chopped broccoli, carrots, red onion, parsley, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds into a large bowl.
In a small jar, mix together the vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables, tossing to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
