  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped pepper, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the green onion, cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the vegetables have started to soften.
  3. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, and season with salt and pepper. Use a spatula to push and pull the eggs across the pan as it cooks, until cooked to your preference.
  4. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in the oven or in a pan, if preferred.
  5. To serve, top the tortillas with egg, salsa, avocado, and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime juice.
