sprouted-grain, whole wheat, or gluten-free bread
1/2
avocado
– smashed

egg
sea salt
hot sauce
(optional)
Instructions
Toast bread in toaster or broiler.
While bread is toasting, spray a small skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat. Crack egg into the skillet and cook to preference.
Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread, top with egg, and sprinkle with sea salt and hot sauce.
