Garlic Tahini Dressing
Instructions
  1. Start by prepping the homemade garlic tahini dressing by adding all the ingredients to a bowl. Whisk well and set aside.
  2. Add the cooked salmon or turkey to the bottom of a bowl and top with the cooked and cubed sweet potato, broccoli, black beans, and avocado.
  3. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and drizzle with the homemade tahini dressing. Enjoy!
  4. Serving Tip: You can also turn this into a healthy “taco” by serving it in taco shells or a taco corn tortilla bowl.
