cooked wild-caught salmon, flaked
(you can also use ½ lb cooked ground turkey)

cooked sweet potato

broccoli florets
, steamed or roasted

canned black beans

avocado

hemp seeds

garlic tahini dressing
(see recipe below)
Garlic Tahini Dressing

tahini

lemon juice
, freshly squeezed

Instructions
Start by prepping the homemade garlic tahini dressing by adding all the ingredients to a bowl. Whisk well and set aside.
Add the cooked salmon or turkey to the bottom of a bowl and top with the cooked and cubed sweet potato, broccoli, black beans, and avocado.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds and drizzle with the homemade tahini dressing. Enjoy!
Serving Tip: You can also turn this into a healthy “taco” by serving it in taco shells or a taco corn tortilla bowl.
