Ingredients

rolled oats

banana
, ripe

ground flaxseeds

cinnamon

baking powder

pure vanilla extract

milk or non-dairy beverage
(unsweetened)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Pour small pancakes into a nonstick fry pan over medium-low heat.
Cook for 6-7 minutes, or until the top is no longer shiny.
Flip, and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Enjoy!
