Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F/204°C.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, basil, garlic, chili flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, oats, and almond milk.
Roll into 12 balls, roughly the size of a golf ball. Add to a large baking tray.
Add the tomatoes to the baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the meatballs are fully cooked.
To serve, top arugula with 3 meatballs per person, and divide the tomatoes evenly, topping with parmesan cheese.
