(if you prefer gluten-free, we recommend Udi’s)

avocado
pitted and sliced
2
eggs
cooked to your liking
1/2
cup
salsa
sauerkraut
on the side
mango
diced & on the side
Instructions
Start by toasting the gluten-free bread and top with the sliced avocado. Mash and then top with the cooked egg.
Garnish with salsa and serve with a side of sauerkraut and diced mango if desired. Enjoy!
