Ingredients
  • 2slices bread(if you prefer gluten-free, we recommend Udi’s)
  • 1/2 avocadopitted and sliced
  • 2 eggscooked to your liking
  • 1/2cup salsa
  • sauerkrauton the side
  • mangodiced & on the side
Instructions
  1. Start by toasting the gluten-free bread and top with the sliced avocado. Mash and then top with the cooked egg.
  2. Garnish with salsa and serve with a side of sauerkraut and diced mango if desired. Enjoy!
