Ingredients

chives
chopped, for serving (optional)
bacon
(or ham) cooked and crumbled (or sliced), for serving
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and slice the avocados in half. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, scoop out the yolk and place one into the center of each avocado half.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the egg yolks are set and then serve with salsa, crumbled bacon or ham, and shredded cheese.
Garnish with chopped chives if desired.
