  1. Heat skillet on medium heat and add slivered almonds. Cook and stir until lightly toasted.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, mayonnaise, avocado, cilantro, salt, pepper, and the juice from 1 lime (adjust according to preferred taste). When almonds are toasted, add them to the mix and stir thoroughly. Serve over greens, in lettuce cups, or on healthy crackers.
