Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking pan with coconut oil.
Add the rolled oats, almond milk, pure maple syrup, and eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy warm, served over a bowl of unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt or coconut milk yogurt if avoiding dairy.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge.
