  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking pan with coconut oil.
  2. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, pure maple syrup, and eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. 
  5. Enjoy warm, served over a bowl of unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt or coconut milk yogurt if avoiding dairy. 
  6. Store leftovers covered in the fridge.
