Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and lining a baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the rolled oats, maple syrup, peanut butter, and melted coconut oil to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
Add the cinnamon and gently fold in the wild blueberries.
Pour into the baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the oats begin to brown.
Serve with yogurt as an easy on the go snack (use unsweetened almond or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option).
