Preheat the oven to 400°F/204C°. Line a tray with baking paper.
Combine almond flour, flaxseeds, salt, garlic powder, basil, baking powder, egg, and water to form a dough. Shape into a 8-9 inch circle on the baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Top with sauce, cheese, and favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted. Top with fresh basil and slice.
