This new program is currently in “beta” mode and limited to a small number of participants. It uses the 21-Day Lindywell Jumpstart as a foundation and adds personalized sleep and nutrition support as well as small group coaching and accountability.
While the beta test program is currently full, joining the 21-Day Lindywell Jumpstart is the best place to begin new habits and build a foundation that you can build upon for years to come.
If you join the 21-Day Lindywell Jumpstart and need to cancel, you can email us to cancel and request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Note that the 21-Day Lindywell Jumpstart comes with a free month in the Lindywell app to access your workout videos. Upon cancellation, you will also lose access to the Lindywell app.

If you don’t have any of the above devices yet, we recommend a Google Chromecast or Roku with 4K, as both are budget-friendly and very easy to use with your app.
No! You can participate no matter what equipment you have at home. The large majority of the workouts in the 21-Day Lindywell Jumpstart are equipment-free, and a few workouts incorporate small props such as light hand weights and a band.
But don’t worry, we provide guidance to ensure you get a great workout with or without props and also provide a Prop Swap guide when you join the program to help you find household items that provide the same benefits!
To provide accountability and support, the next round of the 21-Day Lindywell Jumpstart begins on February 24th, 2025. This allows us to provide a guided experience and walk you through it step by step and to ensure you don’t feel alone on your journey.
