Pilates and Balanced Living with Robin Long
Embrace A Whole New
Approach That Leaves
Your Mind & Body Thriving
Getting Fit And Feeling Good For a Lifetime
We’ve been told we’re the problem for so long;
most of us actually believe it’s true.
Hours on the treadmill, injuries you’ve pushed
through to look good for that upcoming
vacation, messages telling you you’ll never
be happy until you have the “ultimate
beach body,” or bootcamp instructors
screaming at you to push harder.
You’ve tried everything to “fix your body.”
But what do you do when you feel like all the
things you’ve tried haven’t worked?
The truth is, it’s already
within you. The instinct to
trust yourself has been taken
away by the rules of the diet
and exercise industry.
There is a way to build
strength and improve your
health without feeling
depleted or overhauling
your entire life.
Pilates is the most effective way
to create a consistent practice
where you can achieve total
mind & body conditioning,
undoing damage from stress,
and revitalizing your mental
and physical strength.

Still Have Questions?
Yes! Many of our members report weight loss by embracing the Lindywell approach. They also report other results that are pretty unexpected.
Because our members are able to be much more consistent in their workouts, many of them find their bodies become more stable and they don’t experience the up and down weight loss/gain they’ve experienced throughout their lives.
Our members also share how their clothes fit better and they experience more confidence, and they feel more proud of their bodies when they look in the mirror.
They have a more positive outlook. They don’t feel the need to push themselves to do the intense workouts they’ve done before because they see results from Pilates, which is a much more gentle approach to health & well being.
Most exercise programs aren’t built for sustainability. They are intense and have way too many steps to follow for the average busy woman to try to fit into her schedule, long-term.
That’s why most people quit programs. It’s not because you’re bad or you don’t have enough willpower. It’s because unless you have 1-2 hours a day to do everything it takes to follow those routines, for most, they just can’t follow a complicated protocol.
At Lindywell, we provide a realistic plan that you can stick to. Our workouts range from 10-35 minutes with the 15- minute workouts being the most popular. Truly. This is proven. There is research to back this up. With just 15 minutes, it’s easy to achieve some movement and you can build upon that as you go. You’ll get over that block in your brain that says you don’t have the time or energy to do it.
Which is why our members are with us for years at a time and achieve such amazing long-term results!
The only regret we hear from our members is, “I wish I would have found Lindywell sooner!”
We developed this program specifically with the busy woman in mind. There are no complicated trainings to go through or meal plans you have to follow.
We provide you with a daily calendar where all you need to do is open the app and press play. No decision fatigue here!
If today’s workout doesn’t work, you can choose your own workout. Workouts are anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 minutes, and you can do what feels comfortable for you, no matter if you’re at an advanced level or if you’re just starting out.
We suggest starting with what feels good to you and at the time of day that works best with your schedule.
You can search our library to find exactly what you’re looking for. Only have 10 minutes? Search for 10 minute workouts and choose the one that’s right for you. Want to find an arm workout? Plug it into the search bar and pick your favorite!
We always suggest consulting your physician before you start any exercise program.
But let me just say, we feel for you. Chronic pain can be so challenging and frustrating. Pilates can help.
Movement can be medicine. Low-impact movement like Pilates doesn’t put extra stress on your system. It lubricates joints, reduces inflammation, and releases tight muscles.
Pilates opens up our breath pathways, and stimulates lymphatic fluid. It can even decrease our feelings of pain. The hormones we produce when doing Pilates workouts actually help to reduce pain. It can feel counterintuitive to want to move when you feel pain, but sometimes, it’s exactly what you need.
You are not alone in this! Please know that our team is here to fully support you. Here’s how we do that…
Lindywell Support Team: As a member, you get VIP access to our team. Have a Pilates question? You’ll get guided support from our certified instructors to get your questions answered!
Your Members-Only Experience: We have a proven process that is easily accessible within our user-friendly app that can be accessed on both mobile and desktop. We also have an encouraging Facebook community, all working to support each other. You can come here to ask questions, share wins, and get motivated by others in the group.
No! Our Grace Over Guilt Approach to nourishment is just as important with our food choices as it is with movement for our bodies.
We offer a variety of different options for healthy recipes to our members. But following a meal plan isn’t required to be successful.
One of our core values is that we strive to eat for nourishment over restriction. We believe food is meant to be enjoyed! We offer recipes as a tool to support our health and well-being and our proven approach makes it easy for you to fuel your body well. Restrictive eating is never promoted here because we know that restriction is not sustainable.
Members love how easy it is to use recipes from the app and mark their favorites.
The membership is much more robust. The free workouts are a great introduction to Robin Pilates and Lindywell, but inside the membership you’ll have access to so much more.
The membership offers monthly workout calendars, the ability to download workouts, and monthly wellness themes to ensure that you’re supported for your health both on and off the mat.
You’ll have added accountability, consistency, and motivation from within our community.
Plus you’ll also get 250+ workout options, our extensive recipe library, and a research-backed plan that is intentionally designed to build the habit of movement.
Yes! Our members all have different reasons for why they started Pilates. Some have been working out for years but some have also been hesitant of exercise for one reason or another.
The way we teach and the language we use to help you do the movement correctly is why our members who are new to Pilates, or exercise in general, find it so life-giving!
First, we really encourage you to be kind to yourself. We are here to help you find a way to move that leaves you feeling better than when you started.
We are here to support you as you gain confidence in bringing healthy movement into your life! To help you do that, we created a “New To Pilates” filter in the library to help you find the right starting point for you.
There is also an entire section of the library dedicated to tutorials and modifications that helps build confidence so you can make it work for your personal needs. Modifications are expected . The best way to move forward is to listen to your body and do what’s best for you on any given day.
